Eric Fixes his Nose - On a couple of the masks we had some problems with noses breaking off of the Cement Molds.  The easiest thing to do was to drill pin holes and reset the nose to the mask that way.  It worked, but as you can imagine it was a bit frustrating.

Eric working on his Nose - The large nosed masks had their own problems in shaping the leather.  What ended having to be done was to cut and pull the leather around the nose as much as possible and then create a seam by overlapping the two edges of leather.  The work here was really difficult but the results were very good.

Mask Line Up - This is a look at all the masks as they were being finished.  All the stuff attached to the nose of the one mask are clothes pins.  Eric used them to hold the leather while he was shaping.
