You may well ask, "Who are the Golden Stag Players?"
Well, I'm1 more than happy to explain ...
The 'Players' are a group of actors in the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism), in the Kingdom of the West (specifically -- the GSP are in the San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California), who got together in the summer/fall of 1991 and have been together ever since. Well, some of them have. As with any body of people - especially in a volunteer organization like the SCA, some come and go, others stick around ...
The Golden Stag Players have become The Premier Theatrical Troupe of the West Kingdom over the years, which was surprising to us, but ...
If you click in the "Plays" option in the menu to the left, you will note that the plays are actually listed in reverse order -- most recent at the top. There are also numbers for the plays (we've done enough plays since we started that it's hard to keep track unless we number them ...).
There's more information about the Players on this website, just use the menus to move around.

New!! September, 2011: The Golden Stag Players now have a YouTube Channel available to view our plays. It will take time
to put all of the plays up, and YouTube has a weird limit of 15 minutes per video (at least
for now), so uploading the full play is not possible (other possibilities are being investigated).
